There are reports that there has been a strange woman wandering up and down the beach, yelling curse words at unsuspecting tourists. He's out trying to grab lunch from one of the food trucks parked near the docks, where they wait for the boat workers to dock. He hears the call on his radio and once his food is ready, he takes it down with him to go check out the situation.

He is both surprised and not to find that it's Moira who's been reported. "Moira?" he calls out to her.
